Can’t find the post from earlier, talking about how to deal with traitors and the gruesomeness of public executions. Anyone remember the name of the American executioner who traveled with David Cole to research the death camps? He said he felt as if he was cold by nature, but that he, like the documentary of the WW2 executioner, felt it was his duty to scientifically make the act as swift and clean as possible, and NOT desecrate the body.

I’m still not sure if it was Marwood or not, that was incensed by the act or even carelessness of treating the body with disrespect. He said the condemned had already paid the price, and that for ourselves, the living, we must then deal with the body with respect. Any anons know some of this stuff? Better to discuss it now rather than later in the midst of fervor.
