Ohio GOP Files Complaint Alleging Voter Fraud Against Dem Candidate

The Republican Party of Ohio launched a formal complaint with Ohio’s Attorney General, Dave Yost. The grievance claims that Hillary Mueri, candidate for Ohio’s 14th congressional district, engaged in voter fraud. The complaint alleges that Mueri voted twice in the 2008 primary election, both in Ohio and in California. The memo says it is a fourth-degree felony in Ohio to illegally vote in an election.
