Is anyone else seeing what is happening on POTUS' Twitter page?

These are tweets labelled as new and 4 hours old, but I've already seen these tweets from POTUS in previous days, word for word.

It's almost like Twitter is making it seem like the last week or two didn't even happen.

That or else POTUS tweeted new tweets with the exact same wording as prior tweets.
