I see a lot of people tweeting about the Durham probe still going on as if that is any excuse for why the DOJ has yet again let a criminal off the hook while prosecuting anyone that was involved with the Trump campaign for far less. It's not.

He was investigated by IG Horowitz, referred for prosecution, and the DOJ is letting him get away with his crimes. Point blank.

It's ridiculous to claim he couldn't be charged for this AND ALSO for whatever Durham finds. He should be charged for all of it.

You can leak and lie, and do no time.

First Comey, now McCabe.

A sorrowful and dangerous era for the republic has begun.
