Georg Ganswein, Prefect of Papal Household, suspended Feb. 5
Anon commentary:
This could relate to Q #1413, (Guardian of the Pope. [Personal]), and it had not previously appeared in Notables.
Archbishop Ganswein runs the Papal household, and is such a caretaker (guardian) of both Pope Francis and Pope Benedict XVI. Theories suggest this may be so Ganswein can give more attention to Pope Benedict, now 92. Ganswein has also been Benedict's personal secretary since 2005.

(Excerpt:) Pope Francis appears to have suspended the prefect of the papal household, Archbishop Georg Gänswein, for an indefinite period.
However there was confusion over whether the Vatican was actually confirming, denying or merely finessing the report in the conservative German newspaper, Die Tagespost, which explained: "The Pope Emeritus' private secretary remains in office as head of the Prefecture responsible for the procedure of the Pope's public audiences but has been released from his duties in order to be able to devote more of his time to Benedict XVI."
