As to "energy," this is "regency" minus the c. Close enough for me to see it at a glance when seeing the word energy. Speculation: mini mike et al are looking at a "dead regency." MB & his $64 billion (alleged, but if there, who really controls it) being the regent for the rule of others above him in the true pyramid of power. Could POTUS be saying that the old ruling structure is coming down, including MB?
