The deeper truth is that the Cabal was trying to create an "international law" based on the same principle as national law, that it flows from the ruler above. To do that you need one global monarchy, the NWO.
But Trump wants to preserve traditional international law which is based on negotiations between sovereign nations, and most importantly, it is flexible and can change according to circumstances. This type of international law REINFORCES the concept of sovereignty, and that flows through to individuals who have the sovereign right to choose their government.
