Yes: Jesus was given power by God to execute his vengeance.
But we should: "…Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD…"

Demons and Satan know Jesus is son of God.
But there's a difference between having faith and exercise faith.
Faith is not passive, but rather comes from actions.
"Faith without actions is dead" (I'm paraphrasing here).
God gave us freewill. We can choose to do god or bad.
Bad people rape kids.
Good people take God's side and prove Satan that we can do good, even in this bad world.
