Gitmo can hold up to 13,000 now. The 11 new "flu" camps at regional military bases (all very close to major commercial airports) can each temporarily hold up to 1,000 inmates. 13,000 seems pretty close to 11,000.
We spent $500 million on Gitmo construction for a potential migrant crisis that, of course, never occurred.
