How do you know they died of the corona virus?

I'll bet they didn't. Unless they were targeted. Is there an accurate test for Covid 19? Or do they test for corona virus? which anyone who's ever had a cold will test positive for. If I'm wrong, let me know. That's what I think I know from lurking around here for a few years.

It's a conundrum for sure. If you apply the same logic, it would take the exact same amount of effort, and planning for Q to be fake, as to be real. Hate to admit. I want very much for Q to be true. Seems highly plausible. But, in the end, I don't know….
