Here is one I just found two days ago. It's the 09 April 2019 A.G. Barr hearing before the House Appropriations subcommittee (the chair of the full committee attended). It was for the 2020 DOJ budged.

For sure. Back then you could calibrate it. Get the edge you needed. Ski racing for instance. Had wood poled gates, no springs, a racer busts a gate, had to wait 5-10 minutes to replace.

The 2 most important things for a ski racer waiting in line? Your wax, looking at the clouds, knowing it affects the surface and your pot. Take the last toke in the starting gate.

And fly down that course man. All racers did that, even the pros. Can't do that with today's weed.
