That's just one email of at least 20 in the doc. Note that this one was from about 3 days before POTUS was sworn in–I hadn't heard of an inquiry by Cardin and Warner before, but this talk of the "7th floor" means this document could be a valuable piece of the puzzle when trying to figure out the timeline of how this whole "collusion" coup attempt took shape.
