Why are so many intelligence veterans throwing their weight behind a young Indiana mayor with such a thin foreign policy resume?

There are 3 pages of signees to this endorsement. So who are all these people? According to the title many are intelligence veterans.

I've looked at the first 3 signees so far. First one is a highly educade SJW, second one is a PhD Nuclear Policy Expert.

Third one was on the finance committee for both of Obama's presidential campaigns and later nominated by Obama for ambassador to Finland and was confirmed and served in that capacity.

Not sure if any of these are intelligence veterans. I just like to see if the signees to these things are real people. You never know.
