unfortunately I think we are going to find that Hussein and Hildabeast transferred some of this tech to China and NK too.

Probably anons shouldn't be thinking entirely of state actors in this arena either… secret societies and megacorporations of no-particular-nationality probably have some of their own proprietary tech along these lines.
