I had no idea how much of a difference iodine could make. Learned about it on this board. Cut out fluoride sources as much as I could. I need far less sleep and have moar energy.

Between that and starting to make my own colloidal silver, and learning how to use it effectively, I had no idea how weakened my body actually was.

Even if I got nothing else out of the years spent on this board, my physical health has improved immensely.

<Iodine is poison

Because Jews use it for ritualistic purposes.

Salt and iodine are only linked in your mind because TPTB needed to give us just enough iodine to prevent the obvious symptom of deficiency (goiter) while not giving us enough iodine to function properly.

There is no need for iodized salt if you are getting iodine in proper amounts from other sources.

Thanks for posting. I hadn't seen these particular caps yet, but can confirm. I've been supplementing with iodine (along with the recommended selenium, zinc, and magnesium) for over a year now.

I used to get my hair cut every four weeks like clockwork. I had to change the schedule to every three because it grows so much faster. The person who cuts my hair is now also supplementing, because of the obvious results. Nails grow faster too. Brain fog greatly lifted and need less sleep, too. It's such a cheap and easy fix.

If your discernment is working, this guy is actually strong evidence that our media handlers don't want us to have the cures. And this one happens to be hundreds of years old with literal mountains of evidence for its efficacy, including the tests I've done myself.

The Cabal trots out this one freak (and who knows the veracity of his story), parades him all over TV, to scare everybody away from something that really works and is remarkably effective when used properly.

Mind War 101.

<the body switches the first use of iodine to protect thyroid and chelate and expell radioactive compounds in the body

I'm not surprised you have no sauce, because this is just wrong.

The body can't distinguish radioactive iodine from non-radioactive.

In the presence of radioactive iodine the countermeasure is to flood the body with non-radioactive iodine, so that the likelihood of uptake of radioactive iodine by the thyroid is greatly reduced.

<An attack is not.

I just said you were wrong. You still are, and you still have no sauce.

<suspiciously old article

It's from 2017. How long do you think we've known about radioactive iodine being a threat?

>Silver nanoparticles are toxic for aquatic organisms

Are you an aquatic organism?

If it weren't toxic to harmful organisms, it would be useless.

The fact that it is toxic to harmful bacteria and viruses, and not to human cells, is what makes it functionally effective.
