I’m trying to post a pic and I keep getting an error of incomplete parameter. What’s that mean?

I just did. Had success. Maybe the file is corrupt. Sucks. It was a pic I made in procreate. The great awakening neon sign.
I went back in to procreate and created the image on a smaller canvas and had no problem posting
