Is there some sort of "neurolinguistic programming" going on with the term "wet"? I learned of the phrase "wet work" on this board referring to certain nefarious killings. The next time I learned of a phrase with this term it was referencing the Wuhan market which was the putative source of "coronavirus" . This weekend's WSJ has another use of a phrase involving "wet". This time the phrase is "wet pantry".

What, if anything does this trend mean? Are we being prepared, as others have already observed to accept/tolerate cannibalism or the consumption of blood? Any thoughts about this?
