I was doing to write a fictional narrative about a military squad entering the tunnels to conduct an operation. The tunnels and bunkers that were built ostensibly for military purposes over the past 50+ years and stocked with supplies for a million people for 150 years. Built using taxpayer money but all off-budget as top secret black projects. The tunnels gradually came under the control of the blackhats and due to the compartmentalization and secrecy, remained in-use but off-book, a heavy sink absorbing untold trillions of dollars from the military budget, all repurposed for blackhats.
Only I don't know how to write fiction. I'm more of an engineer -type preferring to deal in facts and data and accurate descriptive language.
