Is it possible he was inserted by the agency and Title 10 (temp AD) orders created for “legitimacy” to make it appear he was transferred/special assignment/whatever for the duration of his so-called military assignments? His record reads like a reservist/National Guard member put on AD for specific projects but I wasn’t seeing an initial AD that would cover basic and MOS schooling.
