14 American passengers evacuated from cruise ship test positive for coronavirus. Flights were chartered to transport more than 300 U.S. citizens from the ship, which has been docked off Yohkoama since Feb. 3. The passengers landed Monday at Travis AFB in Solano County. Some will continue on to Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.
