It's a loophole in tax collection exploited by the elite. Start a "charity". "Donate" to the "cause". Avoid paying taxes on the rest of your income. Look like a "philanthropist" to most. But, typically, less than 5% actually goes to the "cause", while the rest of the money is laundered. Paying millions of dollars for commercials, CEO's salaries, minimum wage for telemarketers, etc. It's one BIG scam after another. And NOTHING ever changes for the rest of the "unfortunate" parts of humanity
