Chaga mushroom extract: powerful antiviral, immune system stimulant, anti-inflammatory, etc.

Chaga mushrooms grow on birch trees in Siberia and other northern climes.

Birch bark, stems, and leaves have powerful antimicrobial properties – so much so that birch forests were favored during both world wars as field hospitals.

Chaga mushrooms extract and concentrate antimicrobial and other beneficial compounds from the birch, while filtering allergens.

Being an expat resident of East Asia, I bought a bottle of chaga extract as a preventative measure against coronavirus. Within a day of beginning to take it, my chronic back and knee pain vanished, along with brain fog. A week in and I feel 38 instead of 48 – sprinting up stairs, when a week ago I had a hard time tying my shoelaces. Amazing stuff indeed.

Attached video includes testimony of an oriental doctor living west of Wuhan City, who claims to have fifteen elderly cancer patients in the city living in quarantine conditions, all of whom have exhibited strong resistance to the kung flu. He attributes their survival to ingestion of chaga mushroom.

I saw that Iodine got touted here as an antiviral. Seems to me chaga should enter the same realm of consideration. Lots and lots of sauce out there…
