Nothing says "top notch medical care" like a place that can't keep its lights on.
Consider that saying "Q isn't real" can be moar effective in drawing people in than saying he is.
If someone is interested enough to research for themselves, and discover on their own that it is true, that is going to be more meaningful to them than some authority telling them so.
It also leads them to question authorities in the future.
