Well, I tried to get some sleep after the latest Q drops, but to no avail. I apologize if another anon already reached this conclusion but here goes:
I think the entire Facebook/Cambridge Analytica privacy violations revelation was a set-up by POTUS and the Q Team to bring down the tech titans without it looking like they (POTUS/Q Team) were directly responsible. They wanted to provide the tech companies with the rope to hang themselves, without leaving their fingerprints on the "gift". They have known for years exactly what Facebook was doing and found a former CA employee to assist them by revealing where CA was getting their data from, thus exposing the incredible privacy and trust violations Facebook was guilty of. But that was only part of the set-up. They knew that if Zuckerberg and the tech titans got wind that the Cambridge Analytica story was about to break they would dump as much stock as they could in advance of the revelations, so they had a white hat, pretending to be a black hat, leak the info to Zuckerberg, setting off a chain reaction of insider trading among the tech titans, many of whose companies will also be damaged when the extent of the industry-wide privacy violations becomes known. End result: The tech titans go down for insider trading and their companies are destroyed when the very disgusted public wakes up to the reality of who they have been trusting with their lives and reputations. Extra bonus: Trump and the Q Team are saved the battles/chaos that would be involved in trying to take the same companies and tech titans down for sedition, treason, etc.
