This is where you have to star drawing lines between the Religion, Ethnicity, and Culture. Lots of them are 'in on it' because they are heartless and just go along as you describe, some speak out (not a ton).
Others have made attempts to part ways with that, 'Jews for Jesus' giving up on jew religion but acknowledged their roots. Others ignore what little jew blood they have and go native.

It has to do with criminal justice. They have pending court cases, and throwing certain info out publicly would give the guilty people mistrials and let them off the hook on technicalities.
The trials can't publicly start until the public wants them, because to many people are brainwashed that the evil cabal are 'our guys' and would riot in the streets if they where thrown in prison.
They can throw us hints, we must use parallel construction to build the cases separately for public consumption in a clean room manner. Any info WE FIND can not hurt the cases. It isn't the government leaking info about people. We are 'finding the data on our own' after listening to 'an anonymous internet larper' who was speaking 'random gibberish' that just happened to lead us down the right trail. When the public cries out to 'demand justice' the courts can get to work publicly and throw all these people behind bars.
without that the puppet masters are going to be disappeared behind the scenes, and the 'disclosure' process, which can't be stopped, will happen more slowly and in a decade or so we will find the truth on some documentaries or something.
If we want the details sooner we gotta do the work and make THE PUBLIC demand it.

This is why they havn't been able to get voter-id going yet. ID's have taxes and fees on them. If you have to use your drivers license as your id, and you need your id to vote, you have to pay the DMV Licensee fees/taxes to vote, which is unconstitutional. To make voter id happen legally, the government is going to have to stop charging people ridiculous amounts of money for REAL-ID/Enhanced ID/Drivers Licenses, and cease revoking people ID cards for failure to pay financial obligations.

We are operating in the 'court of public opinion' we only need to get 5-10% really outraged/interested to get it to start taking off in social media, the masses are the sheep. They play monkey see, monkey do.
The trendsetters jump onto things when they reach a certain threshold, then the 'cool' people follow the trend setters, then the herd jumps in, and the trend setters go look for something new.
We just have to plant the seeds in the public consciousness. We only need to convince a small group, after that it will grow more.
Washington state elites keep trying to push through a state income tax in Washington. Every time they claim it will only target the richest of the rich, and only target the Seattle business elites. It's on the ballot basically every election cycle. We never forget the fed tax started out the same way and vote it down. They keep trying so hard to take take take, they keep it fresh in our minds. The coasts arn't as 'far gone' to the commies as people around here like to imagine.
