If it was a law that Google, Apple, & MS had to provide any user, upon request, with a complete list of all the data the company collected on that user, those companies would lose most of their users quickly.
I mean, hopefully. If most people actually still care about privacy and respect. I know some don't care as long as they get to benefit from the conveniences of the technologies.
