Remember: LEGALLY (at least in non-courts martial) they can't use any of the information not obtained by warrant or other legal means (articulated reasonable suspicion).
They are having their hearings, they are getting warrants for all the stuff they need. All that stuff is saved so they're not having any trouble getting it.
What WE need to do is a parallel construction in the public domain (social media) of what is happening with the real investigations so that the public can more easily digest the mass arrests these investigations are going to bring.
