The manifesto contains has a whole lot of predictions about what has passed and what will be, some of which ring strangely true.
The table of contents alone is oddly prescient - I have included a few screencaps.
The author is claimed to be an alien who controls earth. I don't believe in aliens myself but the Soros connection and soap opera bit struck me as quite strange.

Another definition for Soro's name I heard is that it represents GOLD or ORO (In Spanish) surrounded by money $ - $ORO$.
