Most likely scenario IMO…Corona-chan does not seem to be near as deadly outside of China…but she is contagious AF no matter who you are. So Corona-chan does indeed go global, hopefully the case fatality rate is closer to the .25% in the .25-4% range that Los Alamos predicted. Summer is coming and Corona-chan will go on vacation until next cold and flu season and become another seasonal disease we deal with.
California is my pick for first outbreak in the US. They have 6k+ in self-quarantine and are not taking it seriously. Once it hits the homeless encampments, I don't think we'll have a homeless problem much longer.
