Is Potus/Treasury using ESF to bypass the Fed and gain greater control of Monetary Situation?
Many years ago I dug a little on exchange stabilization fund, the x22 report on saturday had an interview and a guest said the treasury and Fed are working together specifically with work regarding the ESF
Years back I saw some meeting minutes or transcript where fed attorneys/members were discussing ESF and Back Then the comments were from fed saying, 'it appears the treasury can use it for a wide array of financial activites, it is broad and appears when used has amazing market intervention applications.'
I think this may have significant relevance and I have not heard the term ESF or really thought about it in 10 years. Is it a way for Potus to use Treasury to beenfit the US more than if Fed assumed all the market control.
