<have found this to mitigate flu symptoms quit effectively, usually within 2 hours. Small dose w/coffee. Less than 1/8th teaspoon, I use a cinnamon grinder. There are warnings about taking too much, 1/4th teaspoon is the recommended max daily intake according to my reading sources, be careful.
