Investigation of Stone was born out of the fraudulent Russia investigation.

The only thing I can think of that would require her to postpone sentencing would be a motion for fraud upon the court in FISC.

She would then be required to halt any rulings in cases that grew out of it. If she failed to halt and ruled anyway, she would give up her Judicial Immunity and could be prosecuted
