DoJ will file request for delay as Barr has assigned outside counsel to review. Prosecution is not ready to proceed with sentencing. News will break shortly of DoJ Motion to court.
That is true but since Barr just put the the matter in limbo, as the judge she has the right/duty to get the calendar fixed. Wonder why the delay in DoJ submitting its request for a continuance unless they are attempting to submit a joint request with Stone's attorneys.
Might be an internal kerfuffle on which DoJ attorney is stepping in to make an appearance? That's it. Barr wants to get the right wording to explain the prosecutors' strike. It's an unusual situation as those prosecutors are now open to disciplinary action by the court/bar. Counsel must inform the court formally of its request to withdraw. They can't just walk. Just trying to embarrass and pile on Barr.
We will start to see moar mutinies within the DoJ and FBI rank and file. This is fish or cut bait time for all these front line bureaucrats.
I'm sure that Barr and Wray have put together "flying squads" of loyal FBI agents to send across the nation as they cannot 100% rely on all the field offices handling the very critical cases and arrests coming up. Must be plenty of dust ups going on in the field with these squads coming in and assuming direction of field offices. But remember anons, Wray made a personal visit to EVERY field office after being confirmed.

Do they really think that they'll sway public opinion? Or is it really a call for mass insurrection? Prolly the latter considering Holder's twat. Comey and Brennan have done the same.
