I know I won't get an answer from Q, but musing in an overnight thread.

Those 6-8%. How many of those are so brainwashed that the light can't get to them vs evil not destroyed?

Will they lose their minds?

How do they move forward?

Q never mentioned a plan for that (doesn't mean they don't have one).

How do we interact with these people?

If they are lost, then it seems nothing we do can change that.

If I am reading this correctly, that means that we aren't going to take out any of the bad guys outside of judicial means (unless required, firefight during arrest, etc) and Q is saying that if they turn up dead either the bad guys did it or they killed themselves?
