I talked to a woman just the other day who crossed over and back, and she told me about the peace and full knowledge she had there. I believed every word she spoke of it. It seemed to give her a lot of comfort for the rest of her life to know that such a state of divine existence awaits us. It didn't make her perfect in this world by any means. She was still clouded by disinformation. But it reminds me of your words when you say "If everyone knew tomorrow, everything would stand still…for a while." I bet you're right.
