I don't think POTUS/Q's intention is to ever truly 100% confirm that it's real. Most of Q's mathematically impossible coincidences are not really that impossible when you actually do the math (beyond naive calculations). If Q is trying to actually prove it then he's doing a lousy job. But if he's trying to provide enough circumstantial evidence that no one could plausibly deny it while still giving POTUS plausible deniability by legal standards then Q is doing a brilliant job.
If the MSM had asked the Question way back when Q first suggested they should then it would have cause great disruption to the plan that we've watch unfold since them. I think it was reverse physiology. Not he's just taunting the MSM with mutual assured destruction (maybe not so bad for the good guys) if they make a move and ASK.
If they actually do then my prediction is that POTUS will just smirk and give a cryptic non-answer answer, probably containing a few often used Q phrases.
