Were there not recordings of Blago trying to sell the seat? Maybe this is just semantics in that he didn't actually wind up selling it, but was caught on tape trying to?). I'm not sure how the recordings ever made it to the media, and maybe that's the "framed" part of this, but it seems clear he wasn't completely innocent in all of this.
