The jury on Putin is out….but frankly none of this would be possible without help from Russia. Because (((they))) wouldnt need North Korea to start WW3 if they had Russia in the bag to do it in an emergency.
It makes more sense that Putin is playing along and publically not showing closeness to America and Trump. I think in the long run you will see Putin is an ally and probably the first domino that fell in the MI attempt to coup the cabal.
