Hey, I'm the memefarmer who compiled that list. I'm not an authoritative voice of the WH, but what's listed was compiled in a very simple way: follow POTUS twitter, WH twitter, things published by WH. They give us TONS of meme batter (text, facts, lists of accomplishments) and we simply have to use it (if we care to support POTUS' reelection).

I download the WH statements and keep them in text files that remind me of tasks I intend to do, and facts/figures that can be used in memes.

Yeah, MF was out for a few weeks after compiling that list, but the meme corps is on the job again.

Muh approach: Treat it like a job, be disciplined, set goals, be rigorous and thorough. In other words, have a PURPOSE and a PLAN.

I often worry that by simplifying crumbs, or picking just a phrase that moves me out of a much longer post, I might not be doing justice to Q's meaning. Meme guidelines 7 words or so, often winds up being 4 lines of text. Hope the phrases that have been memed most often and emphasized through repetition turn out to be the important ones.
