Interesting. But does this mean they are reasoning that the stage is not yet set adequately in terms of conservative judges? I.e., would they wait for further change on SCOTUS? I hope that isn't the case, because things have got to start moving now in order to ensure an acceptable (and non-fraudulent) outcome in the midterm elections.
