So I ask about this the other day, and seemed to attract the attention of an anon who proceeded to harangue me for several rounds.

If I may dare, does anyone know for what reason other than lighting, that causes this dialation? I’ve heard of drugs and stress. I’ve seen it in people in person, where I couldn’t conceive of a drug application unless they were trying to avoid giving away their otherwise weak rhetorical position. Their pupils were as large as I’ve ever seen, and they simply stood their ground in the face of powerful argument. I was both super pissed, and yet impressed with their ability to withstand a powerful presentation of eveidebce they were grossly in the wrong.

Their ability the withstand confrontation when presented with their corruption is quite the super power. An advantage over normal people who otherwise experience some level of shame.

If one should find themself in this situation again, I’d be very interested in rhetorical devices that CAN trip this up. Without vocalizing or physically demonstrating any kind of physical threat, nor even legal reprocussions… can a perp with this capability be tripped with words alone?

Can they be made to blink, so to speak?

Can they be made to fly off the handle, with words alone?

It is a mental superpower, to make their pursuers lose their cool first. I want to NOT be that kind of pursuer.

If these people are in fact ready to die and even end their own progeny for their ‘reprogrammed’ objectives, that would go along way in understanding how so many would end up in hospitals.
