That's the legend… something about wanting to impregnate a bunch of women. Ties to genetic research. Funding various related programs. Not all that implausible if we were talking about it since before the Dolly days.
Just yesterday on NPR there was a scientist talking about CERN and antimatter and how amazing it is. They are working on creating the inverse of hydrogen TODAY. Bob Lazar describes in his 1989 video that they could already do some of this. Nothing new under the sun.
Raise some for adrenochrome, some for satanic rituals, some to be sex slaves. Keep them stored on private islands, isolated ranches, underground bunkers… etc. Slightly less unethical?
