Nobody has wood wanescotting in the Caribbean, especially below ground. It would rot from the humidity and these pics show decades old interior decorating.
Also the boys at the long tables are wearing T-shirts’ and shoes and the wall has at least a partial mural painting.
This also is not the Caribbean and likely not outdoors.
