Much like therapists and MK use intense trauma and hypnosis to program subjects and trigger (future) reactions they want within a controlled environment, I think the Q reference you cited could be interpreted as the introduction to society of Mass Trauma stemming from exposure of truths (which conflict with inherent belief systems) in an uncontrolled environment. A therapist would traumatize to break someones mind and then replace, with a long documented/interpretable data set of medical knowledge and methods (do's and dont's). They have vast experience of experimentation to rely on to guide and achieve the reprogramming results they want.
A Great Awakening of Truth would Traumatize society in an uncontrolled and relatively unpredictable (due to limited experimentation/history) manner.
The Mass Trauma which could put most in the hospital being the destruction of belief systems and 'isms we have lived with our whole lives and which we have learned/trained/and are satisfied with, to be linked to our id base of providing subconcious safety and security. It would remove the feeling of safety and security to all in society and leave people helpless in a manner that they could not rationalize and overcome easily (without a replacement for the safety and security which they lost). It would harm areas of the mind (id) that is generally out of reach of a person to correct or be able to heal themselves. People would feel helpless, betrayed and without a desire for living because they lost all that (even falsely) provided safety and security throughout their lives. They would have a hard time regrouping and being able to 'trust' which is a fundamental characteristic of feeling safe and secure, not to mention knowing the abhorrant acts of those they trusted were literally pure evil, like a horror movie you couldnt get out of your mind.
Thus the GA at whatever extent it is made public, needs to address the reconstruction of belief systems to allow safety and security to be quickly and seamlessely reinsituted in societies peoples as a foundation.
It will be biblical and represents a triumph of good over evil, but people need to fully believe it as such.
