He's suing Google for having the videos still on YouTube (TOS says murder won't be allowed to stay posted and "they've been up for years" and he is "harassed" because of the videos.
This event was fake—anyone who's studied it sees it quite clearly. It's being framed as a Section 230 issue. His comment "I'm a crisis actor and and all that goes with that" got zero response from Dana—I feel like he just said something barely shy of 'we faked the whole murder" and they're pretending he didn't say anything huge.
Hope this is going in the direction of Smith-Mundt disclosure to the masses. He also brings up Sandy Hook, Parkland and others re: the terror these crisis actors go through from people claiming it was a hoax.
