The elite cabal has to have their own comms. The "We have it all" BS should read "We have all the low level minions comms".

A few hundred (or thousand) years of treachery and betrayal has to have led to them developing something absolutely uncrackable that leaves no trace.

It always makes me wonder about the billions spent on things like CERN, radio telescopes, ELF, DNA studies etc.

Could a tissue sample have messages coded in the DNA? Could a persons DNA be altered to carry a message that could only be decrypted with a special "Key"?

Any thoughts?

That could be something as simple as a trigger image or phrase in a commercial on TV or the radio. I'm thinking much more info needs to be passed without a trace. Don't want to go all woo woo, but telepathy or quantum changes?
