As I remember, that was a time that Q was posting on Patriots Fight and deleting. Some of them were done so quickly that the Q post aggregators didn't pick them up but anons got them. There were a few days of confusion about numberings. So it looks like Q used an old screen shot with an old number.
Why Q did that I don't know, could be pointing us to something.
