You're on point anon. You seem smart enough to understand why Trump only mentions the top level as being corrupt.
You're right about it being at least mid-level on up.
Had a chance encounter w a 31 yr Army and NSA hacker after the RSA conf in SF a few years back. He walked into where I worked one day and we struck up a conversation and ended up talking for a couple of hours. I've run a website w Q info since '09 so he was surprised by how well read i was. He ended up describing and shadily confirming the existence of a few diff types of tech i had been wondering about and before he left he recommended I read Behind the Green Mask Agenda 21. He said there are people who know what's going on and stay in to expose and change it. I told him I had already read the book and he got a real kick out of that :) As he was leaving we shook hands w watery eyes knowing that we were brothers but would likely never see eachother again. Was an experience that gave me some hope when it was pretty dark in the country. This was in '14 or '15. I bring this story up bc I think they did their best to purge those who might provide them any resistance in the future but some inside knew how to play the game to remain in gov't and fight from within.
I also had a chance encounter w a forensic accountant visiting the US for the BIS' Financial Stability Board. She stayed up talking to me for hours chain smoking cigarettes surprised by what I knew. She went to Oxford w BC. Was a Rhodes Scholar. Name was Mona Daunno. I'm pretty sure I turned her that night. If nothing else I won the debate and gave her some things to think about. That's a story for another day though.
Maintaining faith in our institutions is important part of the plan. I think most will just be forced to resign. I don't think we will be prosecuting half the bureau and Clown show bc you are exactly right their people have consumed our agencies. Will be tricky to play it correctly but I have faith in our guys.
