I've been there like once. Paid a call on a major client - Sears Roebuck. (We're talking a LONG time ago.)

The Sears catalog was a big deal in its day, like Amazon is now. As the railroads were built out and the frontier started to be settled, people needed 'stuff' and they ordered goods from the Sears catalog and it was shipped by train. Everything expanded along the rail lines didn't it?
