There something funny about sailing through a storm. Navigating when the helmsman can only see the next wave. Shouts to helmsman to tack to port and steer 290. Helmsman lashed to helm, tacks and shouts, can't hold it. What can you hold? 270.

 

Do this for 14 hours straight, on a 36' sailboat. Come out of it (further up the bay), helmsman takes a break, takes a nap. Come in to a small yacht dock a few hours later, set foot on land. Thankful you made it through it.

 

Say to yourself, I never want to do that again. Eat some food in the restaurant, relax and something strange happens. You fucking miss it,
